We guarantee that your watch has been manufactured from high-quality materials. Extensive quality controls ensure that the watch was checked before leaving the factory. Nevertheless, material defects cannot always be ruled out. If your new watch is not flawless, please contact our customer service within the warranty period.

For all watches purchased on or after April 25, 2025, Temporex Lifestyle GmbH grants a 3-year manufacturer's warranty worldwide from the date of purchase for material and manufacturing defects. For watches purchased before April 25, 2025, the warranty period is 2 years.

This manufacturer's warranty is granted without prejudice to statutory warranty claims. The warranty refers to the functionality of the movement and the perfect workmanship of the watch. Not covered by the warranty are batteries, wear and tear on the case, glass, or watch strap, as well as damage caused by improper use (accident, glass breakage, water damage, pulled-out crown). Within the warranty period, we will repair manufacturing defects free of charge. If the watch cannot be repaired, it will be replaced by a comparable model. Liability for incidental and consequential damages is excluded.
